The Condensed Matter and Surface Science Program (CMSS) in conjunction with the Nanoscale and Quantum Phenomena Institute (NQPI) and Biomimetic Nanoscience and Nanoscale Technology (BNNT) will host a joint poster session.

When: October 23, 2008 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Where: Clippinger Laboratories, 2nd & 3rd floor lobbies

To help inspire students, we will offer prizes to the top three posters (considering scientific content, presentation, and overall presenter poise).  The prizes will be in the form of research awards to be used toward purchasing research-related supplies or travel as follows:
 
1st Prize:    $250
2nd Prize:  $150
3rd Prize:    $75    

There will be refreshments for participants and guests.
